My name is Elisa Schatz, I’m an Ossining High School senior. I’ve excelled academically throughout my years in school while juggling challenging classes and time-consuming extracurriculars. I’m offering online tutoring for elementary and middle school students, with sessions tailored to your and your child’s needs. These sessions can include check-ins, subject-specific tutoring, or Q&As (details below). You may choose one of the plans below and a schedule that works for you and your child.

Here are the types of sessions that I offer and their respective pricing.
These sessions are designed for when your child is struggling in a specific class or needs extra help on a certain unit. Each session is intensive and focused solely on the subject at hand. Before the session, you will contact me with a brief description of the subject your child needs tutoring on. These sessions can be scheduled whenever needed and can be in addition to weekly check-ins.
$40: One 45-minute session
$50: One 1 hour-long session

I created and refined this structure in 2025/26 with my brother, who is in middle school.
In each session we go over the previous week and how your child managed their workload. They share their screen, and we search Infinite Campus for missing assignments and upcoming due dates. We talk about when homework is due and when they have tests, quizzes, and presentations during the week. Taking into account after-school activities and events, we craft a weekly agenda to ensure everything can be completed in a relaxed, timely manner. With the remaining time, your child can ask for advice, and I will offer suggestions and insight based on how the previous week went and how the upcoming week looks. The lessons will be tailored to your child’s specific needs.
Before check-in sessions begin, we will have a mandatory initiation meeting to review your expectations, goals, and specific needs. This is necessary so we are all on the same page, ensuring session time is well spent. We will also discuss scheduling. This meeting is only needed once, but can be requested again if you would like to adjust goals for future sessions.
